At Absolut Au Pairs, we forward you up to 3 potential candidates CV’s and you are able to select the CV’s that you would like to interview. We arrange and set up all interviews on your behalf. Once you have decided on the most suited candidate, we provide you with a contract of employment which clearly stipulates the duties of your new au pair, times that are required and salary offered. It is a standard contract of employment which can be edited to suit both you and your new au pair. By law, it is required to have a contract in place between the employer and employee and both parties can thus ascertain what is expected of them.
